Unity Eula Agreement

Except as expressly permitted by a separate agreement with Unity, and except to the extent permitted by the Unity EULA, you agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, trade, or resell the assets you have licensed to the Unity Asset Store for any purpose. This Unity Asset Store End User License Agreement (“EULA”) is a non-exclusive, legally binding end user license agreement between a natural or individual (“END USER”) who licenses an asset from Unity Asset Store and (a) Unity Technologies ApS (company number 30 71 99 13), Niels Hemmingsens Gade 24, DK-1153 Copenhagen K, Denmark (“Licensor” or “Unity”); or, where applicable, (b) third parties (“Providers”) who offer and distribute their Assets through the Unity Asset Store. Accordingly, this EULA applies regardless of whether an acquired asset is produced by Unity or a supplier (“Licensor”). This EULA is therefore a non-exclusive and legally binding End User License Agreement as may be entered into between (i) Unity and the END USER (in which case, the term “Licensor” refers to Unity) or (ii) the Provider and end USER (in which case, the term “Licensor” refers to the Provider). You can use any free Unity asset in your commercial game. The only thing is that the default assets are well known in the gaming community.
